Project implementation involves construction of 600 units, commenced in 2014 and was scheduled to complete in September 2016, however due to various reasons the project could not be finished in time. The project is divided into sixteen (16) lots carried out by eighteen (18) different Contractors. Fifteen (15) Contractors are undertaking building works while three (3) Contractors are undertaking infrastructure service works. Project is implemented in two areas, 439 houses are being constructed at Dungu Farm out of which, 95 houses have been completed. 161 houses are being constructed at Toangoma area whereby 76 houses have been completed.
