At National Social Security Fund (NSSF) we are committed to providing services that meet members’ specified legal requirements thereby making NSSF the leading provider of Social Security Services in Africa. We are dedicated to setting and achieving quality standards that ensure that the specified requirements and reasonable expectations of our members are met and exceeded.

The NSSF’s services that it renders to its members are conducted with the INTEGRITY of NSSF at heart. NSSF therefore has the reputation for reliability and TRANSPARENCY in its handling of its members affairs.

NSSF will continue with the plan of implementing risk management framework and shall develop and maintain a Quality Management System that conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 QMS so that we can sustain consistently high quality in all work we undertake. Our Quality Management System shall ensure that we are ACCOUNTABLE to our members through proper communication, work control and TRANSPARENT audited accounting records are generated for all work undertaken.

All members of NSSF are charged with promoting these aims and are required to familiarize themselves with the contents of the Quality Manual and Procedures.

Every connected with the operations of NSSF’s core operational and supporting activities of Registration, Contribution Collection, Investment of Contributions and Payment of entitled Benefits to its members shall be supported according to their individual needs for personal development, training and facilities.

Overall Quality Management shall be applied to every aspect of our activity through quality team working methods and cost, time saving, and improvement to process and service shall be the responsibility of everyone throughout NSSF
